Poem: My Compass

My Compass

When I hold you in my palm you give me clear direction,
I map my travel plans in mind and focus where I'm heading,
If I didn't have you I'd be stuck of that I'm certain,
Stranded out on a limb maybe going around in circles,

I persevere my route is clearly accurate with you,
An aid to orienteer that navigates and guides me through,
While I find my way on forth,
Glad-fully your my true north,
As long as we're together,
I know that I'll never get lost.
